Meet Diane

Diane is a Registered Myomassology Practitioner (R.M.P.) and Certified Instructor, Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.), Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist & Instructor, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT - 500), Reiki Master and retreat facilitator based in Ottawa, and Timmins, Ontario. She is a passionate teacher and guide devoted to empowering practitioners through hands-on holistic training.

She has extensive education and experience in the holistic health care field and has owned a holistic study and retreat centre for close to two decades. In addition to having a successful practice and facilitating holistic and spiritual retreats, Diane has also taught massage throughout Ontario. While living in West Palm Beach, Florida, Diane mentored yoga teachers in training worldwide. Diane has worked in Indigenous communities in Canada since 2003, creating programs to facilitate healing from residential school traumas.

Dealing with her own struggles and not finding solutions in traditional medicine was the impetus for Diane to adapt her lifestyle, diet and habits to reclaim her inner peace and balance. She is a plant-based yogi and works extensively with energies. Her mission in life is to empower, uplift and provide others with the holistic and spiritual tools they need on their journey. Diane looks forward to sharing this path with you!
