​Have you been feeling the need for a sacred time-out? Are you looking for ease and agency in your physical, mental, and emotional well-being? Each of us has an inner source of wisdom that guides us in our healing process, an organic unfolding that takes time. Pain and stress do not mean that we are broken. They are simply our body's way of bringing the need for change into our awareness.

I'm Diane Chorney, the owner of Journey Within. I am a certified craniosacral therapist, yoga, meditation, and Reiki teacher, myomassologist, holistic nutritionist, reflexologist, life coach, past life and retreat facilitator, as well as an intuitive card reader. I have devoted my life to first learning, then perfecting my craft, before sharing it with hundreds of students. Through deep listening, yogic science, bodywork, and holistic practices, I create a safe and gentle space for you to access what is already within you - a path to a more healthy, grounded, connected, easeful, and purposeful life. I do this by supporting the regulation of your nervous system and creating the conditions for your own inner healer to emerge.

If you have anxiety, pain, sleep or digestive issues, trauma or PTSD, I can help. If you feel like something is off, or like you simply aren't connected to your authentic self, you are in the right place. Through a synergy of science and intuition, I will support you on your journey. I will provide the tools and hold space so that you can immerse yourself in teachings, therapies, ceremonies, and movement. You will learn to implement holistic practices to renew your whole being. My mission is to fill your spiritual and holistic toolbox allowing you to revitalize your health and reclaim your power.
