Reflexology is an ancient hands-on therapy to restore balance within the body systems.  Your feet contain a roadmap to preventative health. The 7000 nerve endings in the feet are stimulated to send healing messages along the meridians to the corresponding organs, glands, and body systems. The one-hour session is practiced in a relaxing and safe space. It includes a full foot reflexology session finishing with an aromatherapy foot massage.
