Hi :)

I'm Diane Chorney, the owner of Journey Within. I am a certified CranioSacral therapist, yoga, meditation, Reiki and massage teacher, holistic nutritionist, reflexologist, life coach, intuitive card reader, past life journey and retreat facilitator. Through deep listening, yogic science, bodywork, and holistic practices, I create a safe and gentle space for you to access what is already within you - a path to a more healthy, grounded, connected, easeful, and purposeful life. I do this by supporting the regulation of your nervous system and creating the conditions for your own inner healer to emerge.

In addition to having a successful practice and facilitating retreats, I have also taught massage and several other holistic modalities throughout Ontario and Quebec. While living in West Palm Beach, Florida I taught yoga and mentored yoga teacher trainees internationally. I have worked in Indigenous communities since 2003, creating programs to facilitate healing from residential school traumas.

Dealing with my own struggles and not finding solutions in Western medicine was the impetus for me to adapt my lifestyle, diet, and habits to reclaim my health, inner peace, and balance. I am a yogi and vegan. I work extensively with energy. My mission in life is to empower, uplift, and provide others with the holistic and spiritual tools they need on their journey.
