I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and retreat owner located 15 minutes outside of Ottawa.  As a holistic nutritionist and health coach, I am passionate about helping people overcome their health challenges and achieving balance in their lives.  Getting started on your path to wellness is the hardest part.  Whether you are looking to address a specific health concern, lose weight, prevent illness, improve digestion, thrive through menopause, have more energy or look and feel your ultimate best - I am here to help you.

1-on-1 Coaching

Are you sick and tired of feeling sick and tired?  Do you want to make some positive changes in your diet and lifestyle, but aren't sure how to begin?  If you are looking to reclaim your health, lose weight, feel stronger, energetic, and improve digestion, I am here to help!

Working together, we will create a nutrition plan designed specifically for your needs.  The focus is on achieving balance through incorporating whole foods as well as realistic recommendations that you can live with.  Your likes, dislikes, and health goals will be respected while taking any existing medical conditions or therapeutic treatments into consideration.  Scroll down to discover the options that are available to you.

This 1-hour consultation is a great starting point on your journey to optimal health.

One 60-Minute health assessment - in person, via zoom or phone

Analysis of current diet based on intake forms and food log

Specific recommendations for healthier food substitutions and strategies

Education on food portions, healthy eating tips, and label reading

Personalized hand-outs based on your needs

Best for those who require minor adjustments to their eating habits, no personalized meal plan and no accountability

One-hour Nutritional Assessment with half-hour meal planning session  & Meal Plan 

60-Minute Health Assessment - in person, via zoom or phone

30 Minute Meal Planning session

Personalized Meal Plan based on your needs, likes and dislikes. Options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are provided.

Analysis of current diet based on intake forms and food log

Specific recommendations for healthier food substitutions and strategies

Education on food portions, healthy eating tips, and label reading

Basic Vitamins & Supplements recommendations if applicable

Personalized hand-outs based on your needs

Best for those who require minor adjustments to their eating habits, but with a personalized meal plan and no accountability.

Investment: $235

Follow-Up Sessions

Follow-up sessions are ideal for those who require help with meal planning, regular check-ins for support to meet their weight-loss goals, or for those who have greater health challenges that require longer nutritional care. Follow-ups are also suitable for those who have a combination of health and nutrition-related concerns which require ongoing support and accountability.

Single Session

Best for those who want a quick check-in to discuss questions or receive further guidance on their meal plan, or those who prefer to pay as they go.

​

Investment: $80 (30 minute session)

​

3 Follow-Up Sessions * MOST POPULAR

Best for those who need ongoing support to moderate weight loss, correct imbalances, and address health and nutrition-related concerns.

​

Investment:  $225 paid in full ($75 per 30 minute session)

​

5 Follow-Up Sessions

Best for those who require regular check-ins for support to meet their significant weight-loss goals, for those with greater health challenges that require longer nutritional care or a combination of health and nutrition-related concerns with ongoing accountability.

Investment: $350 paid in full ($70 per 30 minute session)

 

10 Follow-Up Sessions * BEST VALUE

Best for those in the management of obesity, who struggle with yo-yo dieting, and who suffer from food and body-weight disorders. Also suitable for those who must address a combination of significant health and nutrition-related concerns that require long-term analysis, care and support.

Investment:  $500 paid in full ($50 per 30 minute session)

​

Please note that all follow-up sessions must be used within a 12-month period to ensure your success in reaching your goals.
